Account information
Create an account with a username and password. Keep the recovery code shown during registration; you will need it if you forget your password. We do not ask for an email address or identity documents. Keep your recovery code private; there is no email recovery service.
Saved records
Bookmarks, submissions and notes are stored on the website’s service. Private complaint records are visible through the application only to their owner and are excluded from moderation. Hosting and database administrators may have technical access; this is not end-to-end encrypted storage.
Public reviews and corrections
Approved reviews display your chosen alias, rating, text and date. Corrections are available to editors. Do not include passwords, identity documents, financial account numbers or other people’s private information.
Deletion and export
Open a record in Saved & notes to download or delete it. You can delete your whole account and its records by confirming your password. This removes them from the live application; hosting backups and logs may retain information under the hosting provider’s retention settings.
Cookies and abuse prevention
An essential cookie keeps you signed in. Limited connection information helps prevent abuse. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are included. Terms pasted into the keyword checker remain in your browser.
Private notes are not complaints sent to others
Saving a notebook does not contact a casino, authority or dispute resolution service. Use the official complaint routes when you want to submit a dispute.
