EVIDENCE BEFORE OPINION

A source is the start. Not the verdict.

Our method separates source records, unanswered questions and personal accounts.

1. Identify the entity

Start with the exact legal entity, domain and jurisdiction. Similar names are not evidence that two businesses are the same.

2. Link the source

A recorded finding should have a supporting source and a check date. Sources can change; inspect the live record when the current position matters.

3. Keep unknowns visible

We do not infer payment performance or player protection from a licence alone. Information without a reliable current source is labelled as unconfirmed.

4. Moderate contributions

Submitted reviews are held for editorial review. Approval is a publication decision, not certification of a transaction. Corrections are reviewed separately; private complaint notebooks never enter the public queue.

5. Keep commercial influence out of rankings

The directory is alphabetical. You can change its order and filter the results; position in the list is not a recommendation.

6. Publish the limits

A review cannot guarantee an operator’s safety. Look at the date, jurisdiction and evidence behind each claim, and seek independent advice if you have an unresolved dispute.
